Lithium-ion batteries and shipping

Li-ion batteries are considered dangerous goods according to ADR regulations (UN3480, Class 9 ADR) and can therefore not be shipped with regular delivery services. Specialized transport is required and there are specific requirements with regards to packaging and labeling that need to be adhered to. This results in higher shipping costs than with regular delivery services.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping cost depends on the country where you want to ship to and whether or not it includes batteries. The shipping cost are automatically calculated during checkout.We ship to most countries in Europe. If your country does not appear in the list during checkout please contact us to get a quote for shipping.

How soon can I expect my order?

All orders placed before 12.00 hrs will be shipped the next business day. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands, the actual delivery can take up to 10 working days.

Delivery outside the EU

We ship to Switzerland and the UK. Please note that all costs for customs clearance should be paid by the customer.

Returns

At Rebelcell, you have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase. This means that, for whatever reason, you may return your order within 14 days. When you send the product back within the 14 day grace period, we will refund you your money as soon as possible but no later than within 14 days. The conditions for returns are as follows:

How do I return an order?
1. Fill in the return form
2. Check whether the article meets the conditions below
3. Fill in the return form as clearly and completely as possible and add it to your parcel
4. Pack the product in a sturdy box with sufficient protection. This prevents damage during transport
5. Send the package with track and trace code to us with a carrier

Conditions for returns

  1. The 14 days grace period starts 1 day after you receive your order
  2. All items must be in original packaging and complete to be returned.
  3. The returned items are unused, clean and should be able to be sold as new.
  4. You need to pay for the shipping costs for sending back your product and are responsible for any damages or loss during transportation.
  5. Pack the product well and hold on to your shipping receipt until you receive notice from us that we have received your package in good order.
