Returns, refunds and repairs

1. Return of purchase / cancelling your order

At Rebelcell, you have 14 days to change your mind about your purchase. This means that, for whatever reason, you may return your order within 14 days. When you send the product back within the 14 day grace period, we will refund you your money as soon as possible but no later than within 14 days. The conditions for returns are as follows:

  1. The 14 days grace period starts 1 day after you receive your order
  2. All items must be in original packaging and complete to be returned.
  3. The returned items are unused, clean and should be able to be sold as new.
  4. You need to pay for the shipping costs for sending back your product and are responsible for any damages or loss during transportation.
  5. Pack the product well and hold on to your shipping receipt until you receive notice from us that we have received your package in good order.

2. Product defective on arrival or malfunctioning within the warranty period – purchased through a dealer

If you have purchased your product via a dealer or through an (online), always contact the dealer for support. They can offer service and advice and help you with possible warranty claims.

3. Product defective on arrival or malfunctioning within the warranty period – purchased directly from Rebelcell webshop

If you purchased the product online through our webshop, please complete the form below and we will contact you to inform you about the next steps.

Please note that we cannot process any claims without the required information. Therefore never send back any products to us without prior approval. And always contact your dealer or shop where you purchased your product for service.
