Quick Connect Outdoorbox EDGE – electric motor connector cable with integrated 100A fuse and two Anderson Yellow SB50 plugs. Designed for safe, plug-and-play connection of any 12V electric trolling motor to the Rebelcell Outdoorbox EDGE. Includes an extra Yellow SB50 connector for easy installation on your motor cables.

Installation and usage:

1Insert the yellow Anderson SB50 connector of the Quick Connect cable into the matching yellow Anderson connector of your Outdoorbox EDGE until it clicks securely.
2Prepare the power cables of your electric motor. Strip the wire ends (+ / –) according to the terminal specifications.
3Crimp the SB50 terminals:
* The silver-colored terminals of the Anderson SB50 connector can be crimped using a suitable AMP-style crimping tool for non-insulated cable connectors.
* After crimping, insert the terminals into the yellow SB50 housing until you hear a “click”. The terminals are now locked and cannot be removed.
4Connect the completed SB50 plug from your motor to the SB50 connector on the Quick Connect cable. Make sure the connectors are aligned correctly and fully clicked in.
5Verify that the 100A inline fuse is properly installed in the fuse holder and replace it if needed.
6Ensure all connectors are clean, dry and fully seated. Your electric motor is now ready for use.

Important information:

1This cable is intended only for 12V electric outboard motors. Do not use it for low-power electronics or devices requiring a different connector type.
2Ensure that your electric motor’s current draw does not exceed the maximum continuous discharge of the Outdoorbox EDGE (100A). Always check your motor specifications before use.
3The inline fuse protects both your motor and the Outdoorbox EDGE against overload or electrical faults. Only open the fuse holder to replace the fuse. Do not modify, alter or bypass the fuse holder or the SB50 connectors.
4Keep all connectors — including both SB50 plugs and the fuse holder — clean, dry and free from debris during use. The Outdoorbox EDGE is IP65 when closed, but connectors themselves are not waterproof.
5Inspect the cable, connectors and fuse before each use. Discontinue use immediately if you notice damage, melted housing, corrosion, discoloration or abnormal heat.
6Always ensure that the SB50 connectors are fully clicked into place. A loose connection may cause overheating or intermittent power loss.
7Use only the recommended fuses supplied (100A for motor protection; 60A spare only if required based on your motor’s specification). Never operate the cable without a fuse installed.
