Which battery fits your camper?
In most motorhomes the battery sits under a seat or in a fixed technical compartment. The 12V75 EDGE and 12V105 EDGE share the same compact size (260 × 168 × 209 mm) and often fit straight in place of the old battery. If you travel in winter or need cranking power, the 12V125 PRO with Frost Control is the logical choice.
Campervans and van conversions usually offer more space and have higher energy use. That’s where the 12V150 EDGE and 12V210 EDGE come in, or several EDGE batteries in parallel (up to 4P). Want power outside the camper too, without installation? The Powerhive 800 is a handy addition.
Charging from what’s already in your camper
Rebelcell batteries charge via the alternator, solar panels (MPPT) and shore power. Note: the EDGE series charges while driving via a DC-DC charger with a LiFePO4 profile, the 12V125 PRO directly from the alternator. If you use your camper’s built-in charger, it must be adjustable to lithium. A standard lead-acid charger is not suitable.
